  Placed an order over the phone. Total for the order was over 140 pounds. We received a leaflet, on Tuesday of this week, through the door giving us 40 percent off, however the person on the phone, including the manager, said that the total price to pay was 105 pounds. When asked why it wasn't 40 percent of, the manager said that it was because we ordered the ultimate dipping boxes which were apparently on offer.. Which they were not. Standard price for them online and on the menu matched.. The voucher said that personal pizzas and desserts were not included in the offer, but we had not ordered any. Will not be using them ever again.. And will pass my non recommendations to all my friends, as we get alot of takeout.. The staff were unfriendly and rude.. This wasn't the first time they messed up our order.. Previously they refused to deliver what we ordered as they said we were lying... The leaflets they distributed have an expiry date of the end of March... Not friendly.. And very rude... Will be sending this on to trading standards for their false advertisement and rude attitude.

  They're great when you go for collection, but for delivery? Nah. They're really slow (2 hours for pizza) and when you call them up they're just rude
