  I telephone the Horsham branch and order a pizza. A very polite lady answers and takes my order. I order a pizza and repeat my order to avoid confusion. She advises me it will take 20 minutes and I confirm I will collect it. I inspect the pizza on site and there are two toppings on it I haven't ordered. Another polite lady offers me a free cold drink to say sorry. I get home and start to eat the pizza and discover there isn't even any cheese on it. I telephone and speak to another friendly person who apologises and promises me that the right pizza will be delivered to me within 20 minutes. It arrives and guess what? ..it is wrong, It's a medium sized pizza and not the large I had ordered. I telephone again and again they promise me the right pizza. Another 20 minutes I have to wait! So 60 minutes later and third time lucky I'm still waiting for 1 pizza. I will not hold my breath! I was advised that it was busy and that's why mistakes were happening. I think it is safe to say that if I ran my company the way that Horsham is being run I wouldn't have any clients. Dreadful experience and advice would be to invest in more staff and staff training!!

  Not the best domino's because there is a long wait for delivery and the pizza is not to its best ability.

  Rude staff, poor quality pizza not cut properly.
  On two occasions found chicken and Bacon on my vegetarian pizza's. No response when complained or sent feedback.
